Senior Boys Football.

The boys played a home fixture against Scoil Mhuire Strokestown and lost by eight points.
Senior Boys Basketball.
The boys played an away game against Ballyshannon and Mohill emerged winners.  Ms. Hargaden Ward is  mentor to this team.
Senior Girls Basketball.
The girls played Coola V.S. at home and won well on a scoreline of – Mohill CC – 55  Coola V.S. – 22
Ms. Guckian coaches this group.
Fifth and Sixth Year Art students, together with corresponding classes from Ballymote visited Newgrange on a wet November morning to see the five thousand year old passage tomb and heritage site.
Gold Medals.
We congratulate Mahon and Nyah Meldrum on their performances and success in the World Karate Championships held in Benidorm Spain.  Participants are graded by age, weight, and height.
Mahon won five gold and two silver medals.  Nyah won six golds, three silver and three bronze.  They practice in Sligo on a weekly basis and have earned medals at last years Championships.We applaud their dedication and success.
Romeo & Juliet.
Third Year Students visited the Backstage Theatre Longford to experience a Gaeity Theatre production of the classic play which  on their English syllabus.  They were accompanied by Ms. Reynolds, Ms. McGirl and Ms. Brennan.
We sympathise with Laura McManus and her family on the tragic death of her father – Noel McManus.  May he rest in peace
