Boys Blitz in Ballinamore.

First and second year boys took part in the blitz under the guidance of Mr. Nolan. They won one of their games against Drumshanbo and lost to Ballinamore. The games were played at 15 a side.

Transition Years.

The group continue to remain active with weekly kayaking on Lough Rynn using the lanes installed a number of years ago. They are looking forward to their tour to the Lake Garda region of Italy later in May.

Big Brother Big Sister.

The participants in this mentoring programme went to the cinema in Carrick during the week accompanied by Ms. Hanly, Ms. Purcell, Ms. Casey NYP. They enjoyed their visit and saw the movie the Huntsman.

Lourdes.

Luke Jones has been selected to travel as a helper on the diocesan trip to Lourdes this year and a fundraising soccer tournament has been organised in the school at Senior and Junior Level to be played over the next few weeks.

Bereavements.

We sympathise with Maeve Newton and family on the death of her grandmother – Mrs, Maura Newton. We also extend sympathy to Tara Copley and family on the death of her grandmother – Mrs. Copley. May they rest in peace.
